Instruction for Preparation and Use

Your child’s health depends on carefully following the instructions below. Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use, and storage are important when preparing formula.

Ensure all feeding utensils are washed thoroughly before preparation.

1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula.
2. Boil clean feeding utensils in boiling water for 5 mins.
3. Boil fresh water for 5 mins. Cool to room temperature prior to mixing.
4. Pour 200mL warm water (40C) that has been previously boiled.
5. Add 4 level scoops (approx. 40g) or 3 heaping tablespoons of powder.
6. Shake or stir well.

Powder Storage
Store pouch at room temperature. After opening, fold and clip tightly the cut section. Keep opened pouch in a clean, dry and airtight container. Use contents within 1 month after opening. Do not freeze powder and avoid excessive heat. Store DRY scoop in the container.

Caution

1. Please do not consume if there is any packaging defect or if pouch is not sealed.
2. If reconstituted beverage is not consumed immediately, keep in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours after mixing.
3. After feeding begins, use formula within 1 hour or discard.
