Instructions for Preparation and Use
Paraan ng Paghahanda at Paggamit
Your child’s health depends on carefully following the instructions below. Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing formula. Ensure all feeding utensils are washed thoroughly before preparation. Siguraduhing ang lahat ng kagamitan ay nahugasan nang mabuti bago magtimpla.

1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula. Hugasan nang mabuti ang kamay gamit ang sabon at tubig bago ihanda ang gatas.
2. Boil clean feeding utensils in boiling water for five (5) minutes. Pakuluan ang malinis na mga kagamitan ng limang (5) minuto.
3. Boil fresh water for five (5) minutes. Cool to at least 40°C. Pakuluan ang malinis na tubig ng limang (5) minuto. Palamigin ang tubig hanggang 40°C.
4. Pour 220mL warm water (40°C) that has been previously boiled. Ibuhos ang 220mL na maligamgam na tubig (40°C) na napakuluan.
5. Add four (4) level scoops (approx. 48g) of powder. Magdagdag ng apat (4) na level scoops (approx. 48g) ng gatas.
6. Shake or stir well. Alugin o haluing mabuti.

POWDER STORAGE
Store pouch at room temperature. After opening, fold and clip tightly the cut section. Keep opened pouch in a clean, dry and airtight container. Close the container tightly to ensure freshness. Use contents within 1 month after opening. Use this product before expiry date indicated at the bottom of the carton. Do not freeze powder and avoid excessive heat
