DIRECTIONS FOR USAGE

Ensure all feeding utensils are washed and sterilized thoroughly before preparation. To
make a serving of Lactum 3+ Powdered Milk Drink CHOCOLATE, add 4 level scoops
(approximately 50g) of Lactum 3+ powder to 200mL of warm water (40°C) that has
previously been boiled for 5 minutes to make a 235mL beverage. Stir well.

POWDER STORAGE
Store pouch at room temperature. After opening, fold and clip tightly the cut section. Keep
opened pouch in a clean, dry and airtight container. Close the container tightly to ensure
freshness. Use contents within 1 month after opening. Use this product before expiry date
indicated at the bottom of the carton. Do not freeze powder and avoid excessive heat.

Milk powders (whole milk powder, nonfat milk powder), corn syrup solids, sucrose, inulin,
cocoa powder, minerals (calcium carbonate, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate,
copper sulfate and sodium selenite), natural, nature identical & artificial flavor (vanilla),
vitamins (choline bitartrate, ascorbic acid, alpha-tocopheryl acetate, niacinamide,
cholecalciferol, phytonadione, thiamin hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, retinyl
palmitate, folic acid), stabilizer (carrageenan), artificial colors [caramel, brown (allura red,
tartrazine, brilliant blue)], encapsulated DHA marine oil powder (fish)
